Return of products
You may return any item that is not suitable for you to Samson Feli within 7 days of receiving the goods. All returned items must be sent back to us at your expense in their original condition with the original tags attached. Items will be inspected upon arrival and returned to the sender if they do not meet the requirements. For your protection we recommend that all goods returned to us be tracked and insured for full value. In the event of a dispute, please obtain proof of delivery. Samson Feli accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.
For international returns, please clearly mark “Togolese goods returned, no commercial value”. If you do not, we will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred.
We will process your returned package and issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that it may take several days for the refund money to be available in your account. Refund processing time is solely dependent on bank policies and we have no control over the speed of receipt.
Note: The customer assumes full responsibility for all packages that are returned due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping charges, customs charges and handling charges will all be deductible from any refund due.
